1.1 Microphone Audio Data

To provide real-time sound collection, noise reduction, echo cancellation, and volume gain features, this App requires access to your device's Microphone permission.

• Purpose: Used solely for local or real-time audio stream processing to transmit the processed sound back to you.
• Storage: We do NOT save, record, or upload any of your voice call content or environmental recordings to any server. All audio processing is completed within the real-time stream.

1.2 Device Information

We need to collect your device identifier (Device ID/Vendor ID).

• Purpose: Used to generate a unique User ID when using ZEGO (ZEGO Technology) audio/video services to ensure a stable connection for the audio stream.

2. Third-Party SDK Usage

This App integrates third-party SDKs to provide core audio processing capabilities:

• SDK Name: ZEGO Express Audio/Video SDK (ZEGO Technology)
• Purpose: To provide low-latency real-time audio collection, transmission, noise suppression (ANS), echo cancellation (AEC), and automatic gain control (AGC).
• Data Collected: Device model, operating system version, network status, audio device status.

3. Permissions Description

• Microphone Permission: Mandatory. If you refuse, this App cannot collect sound, and the core hearing assistance features will not function.
• Network Permission: Used to connect to audio processing service channels.

4. Information Security

We take reasonable security measures to protect your information. Since this App does not store user identity information or audio recordings, the risk of personal privacy leakage is extremely low.
