User Agreement

Please read this "User Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully before using "PocketHear" (hereinafter referred to as "this App"). Using this App indicates your agreement to abide by all terms of this Agreement.
1. Service Content
This App primarily provides real-time audio collection, noise reduction processing, and sound amplification functions based on mobile phone microphones, aiming to assist users in hearing clearly in noisy environments or as a demonstration experience of hearing assistance functions.
2. Important Disclaimer (Medical Disclaimer)
Please Note:
- Not a Medical Device: This App is NOT a professionally certified medical device or hearing aid. It cannot replace professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional hearing aid equipment.
- Usage Risks:
- Do NOT rely entirely on this App in dangerous scenarios that are excessively noisy or require high hearing precision (such as driving or operating heavy machinery).
- Prolonged use at high volumes may cause hearing damage. Please be sure to adjust the volume according to actual comfort. We are not responsible for any hearing damage caused by improper use.
- Effect Variance: Audio processing effects are limited by mobile phone microphone hardware, headphone performance, and network environment (if cloud processing is involved). We do not guarantee ideal results on all devices.
3. User Conduct
- You may not use this App for any illegal or violating activities.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from this App.
4. Intellectual Property
The ownership and intellectual property rights of this App belong to the developer. The intellectual property rights of third-party SDKs (such as ZEGO) integrated into the App belong to their original rights holders.
5. Agreement Modification
We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Agreement based on business development needs. Updated agreements will be announced within the App, and continued use of this App constitutes your acceptance of the modified agreement.
6. Termination of Service
If you violate this Agreement, we have the right to stop providing services to you at any time.
