A: This happens when the microphone picks up sound from the speaker, creating a loop. Please use wired or Bluetooth headphones to prevent this issue.
Q: Does the app record my conversations?
A: No. PocketHear processes audio in real-time on your device. We do not record, save, or upload any audio data. Your privacy is our priority.
Q: The app stops working when I lock the screen on Android.
A: Currently, background operation is optimized for iOS. On some Android devices, system battery optimizations may kill the app. We are working on a fix for future updates.
Q: What is "Pink Noise"?
A: Pink noise is a background sound (like rain or wind) that can help mask tinnitus (ringing in the ears) or improve focus.
